Elementary Novice (Typically 1st and 2nd-year wrestlers in K-3)

Elementary/MS Elite -  Must be 3rd+ year K-6 AND able independently identify and drill all of USAW Level 1 Core Curriculum OR must be a Middle Schooler.*WEDNESDAY PRACTICES START 15 MINUTES LATER THAN USUAL @ 7:15

K-3 wrestlers with 1+ year experience OR 1st year 4th/5th/6th Graders

Elementary/MS Elite -  Must be 3rd+ year K-6 AND able independently identify and drill all of USAW Level 1 Core Curriculum OR must be a Middle Schooler.*WEDNESDAY PRACTICES START 15 MINUTES LATER THAN USUAL @ 7:15

Little Hammers - 1st year wrestlers in pre-k.  Some kindergarteners may be better suited here.  Must be fully potty-trained.
