If weight room attendance is low/poor, we will move up wrestling to 7-815am early for the sake of my daily work productivity 🙂

Non Weight Room Training
Days: Monday-Thursday June 6th-June 14th(then we will move to 7-815am)
8:00 - 9:15am: Wrestling Room/On Campus Training


Weight Room Training Options w/ Coach Pfiz(highly recommended
Days: Monday-Thursday June 3rd to July 25th
9:30-10:30am: OPEN session (cheer, wrestling, baseball, softball, track & field, non-athletes, ANYONE) with 4 days of resistance training with X-factor time (SPA + conditioning)

10:30-11:30am: OPEN session (cheer, wrestling, tennis, baseball, softball, track & field, non-athletes, ANYONE) with 4 days of resistance training with X-factor time (SPA + conditioning)
