Weight Room Training Options w/ Coach Pfiz(highly recommended) Days:Monday-Thursday June 3rd to July 25th 9:30-10:30am: OPEN session (cheer, wrestling, baseball, softball, track & field, non-athletes, ANYONE) with 4 days of resistance training with X-factor time (SPA + conditioning) OR 10:30-11:30am:OPEN session (cheer, wrestling, tennis, baseball, softball, track & field, non-athletes, ANYONE) with 4 days of resistance training with X-factor time (SPA + conditioning)
