Mock Novice Tournament(practice tournament at WRMS for our newbies to get a test run) and Top Town Throw Down(our home tournament) will have NO COST FOR TBT MEMBERS. Registration for those will be through our website while the rest will be through trackwrestling/usabracketing/flo.
As opposed to us managing hyperlinks and flyers on this page this year, USAWKS has updated their website to better centralize all KS tournaments including their websites/registration links/flyers when available.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO MAKE: TBTWC’s designations of Little Hammers/Novice/Open/Elite are specific to our club. For the purpose of tournament signup the LAW OF THE LAND is
– Novice Divisions = 1st or 2nd season wrestling PERIOD. Novice is 1st and 2nd year ONLY. ANY QUESTIONS ASK!
– Open Divisions = 3rd year wrestling and above
– Tournaments for 1st year wrestlers and/or rookie divisions MUST BE 1st SEASON AS A CARDED WRESTLER
– Girls Divisions – In KS, the rules are if a tournament has a dedicated girls division, the girls MUST WRESTLE IN THAT DIVISION. If the tournament does not have a dedicated girls division, they can/will be paired with boys. If a tournament has 2 separately chartered tournaments, one girls and one “open”, girls can choose to wrestle in both if time allows OR one or the other. THE TOURNAMENT FLYERS WILL MAKE THIS CLEAR BUT IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REACH OUT!
